Face-time to Guatemala

Karlee and I drove over to visit my grandparents so they could Face-time with my parents. Techology is absolutely Amazing!! My parents looked great and they really are having such a GREAT time on their mission. They Face-timed with my grandparent for about an hour - So much Fun!!!

Weston's go to Wheeler Farm

We continued to celebrate Pioneer day all weekend. Rob had to work on Pioneer day so on Saturday we went as a family to Wheeler Farm. We had great weather and it is always fun to spend time as a family. 

We took a private tour of the Wheeler Farm house. It was great! So much history. We loved the tour, as we got to go through the entire house and see so many things.

These guys make my heart so happy. It was a GREAT day!!!

Pioneer Day in SLC

We experienced Pioneer Day in downtown Salt Lake City. We usually will watch the Day's of 47 Parade in our pj's at home on the couch, but this year we stepped it up. We went with Monica and her kids along with Matt's mom Cheryl.  It was a great time and a first for us. 

We got a great spot of watch the parade (just at the start of the parade). 

The floats were so fun to watch and being able to see them up so close was pretty cool.

The kids had a great time and enjoyed the parade.

Our day had only begun with the Days of 47th parade and then we were off to enjoy the rest of the day at This is the Place park.

Summer Swim Lessons

We just finished swim lessons for the summer. Karlee and Sadie were in the same class this year. Its fun to schedule the lessons with her cousins. We love swim lessons because we get to enjoy some FREE swimming during the two weeks.

Bear Lake Summer Worthen Fun

We LOVE Bear Lake!!!

This weekend was GREAT because we got to spend the weekend with Troy's family, and Monica's family. The weekend was great!

So this weekend's weather disappointed us with lots and lots of rain, which kept us inside for much of the day. The kids enjoyed so much time together.

The weather cleared up a little bit for us to rush down to enjoy the lake and some beach time. The kids LOVED being able to play. The water was great!

There was lots of bearing kids in to the sand. The guys took to their artistic side.

The weather cleared up just enough to take the boat out. Sally did a GREAT driving the boat, giving all the kids a good time out on the water.

The tube got taken out and it was a GREAT time!

My BBQ fiasco

The summer is the best time for some yummy BBQ. We been enjoying a new BBQ treat of Sweet peppers stuffed with Feta cheese, wrapped in bacon. YUM!!!! Only problem with grilling these yummy treats is that they grill EXTREMELY hot and so they have to be constantly watched.

Darn it!!!

UGH!!!! The grill got too hot and it basically melted the siting on our house. UGH! What a disastrous mess!!! Add that to the House Summer Fix-It list.  

Bugs for Sale. Huh?

Can't say that I have ever seen this before... BUGS for SALE! These girls had fun looking for bugs and then decided they would sell them. haha. Um they didn't sell any...but they didn't care much.

Clive Worthen Family Reunion

Monica and I drove to the Clive Worthen Family Reunion. This was our first camp out of the summer. Rob had to work and I think Matt was gone as well so Monica and I took the kids down for a couple days of nature. I enjoy camping and spending time with my family, this camp out however was filled with lots and lots rain!!!

It didn't take long for the kids to find some nature entertainment. These pictures remind me of my childhood playing in nature.
