Halloween 2014

Karlee decided early on that she was gonna be Bat Girl for Halloween. She looked so cute and was really excited for the big day. She was excited to go with her dad out to Trick or Treat! Can't believe we didn't get any pictures with  her dad. It got a little crazy before they left so we'll have to do better next year. Our little Halloween photo shoot:

We made Halloween Ghosts this year and Karlee loved coming home everyday from school and see them hanging around.

Halloween @ Cornbelly's

No School on Halloween ROCKS!!! After visiting with Grandma & Grandpa Jenkins we headed to Cornbelly's at Thanksgiving Point. It was great and not nearly as crowded as we had thought (Thanks to Utah County schools being in school). I have always wanted to take Karlee to Cornbelly's but until now we just haven't made it. We had a great time and we're so lucky to have Grandma and Papa come with us.

We got into Cornbelly's we took some time to take photos at all the fun and silly photo ops.

Karlee had such a good time. She even surprised me with her crazy cow roping skills. Who knew!

Cornbelly's is known for their AMAZING corn maze. We took the shorter (kid) version of the maze.

We had a great time going through this together.

Costumes with Grandma & Grandpa Jenkins

Grandma Jenkins had knee surgery this past week, and was able to come home in time for Halloween, well not exactly but my parents were up to help out, so Monica and I brought our kids over to visit. Kids in costumes put a smile on Grandma's face. School was out for the kids so what better way to start out our Halloween.

Karlee's Class Halloween Party

I am lucky enough to be Karlee's room mom for her 1st grade year. With being Room Mom comes the privilege of planning Holiday class parties. Halloween was my first party to plan this year. Thanks to an Amazing sister (Monica) I was able to plan a fun filled party. There were lots of games and yummy treats for all the kids to enjoy.

Ward Trunk or Treat

We had a great night with our ward at the Trunk or Treat. Karlee met up with her cute Kate's (Both Kates live on our street).

Let the fun begin...but first lets get a cute picture of my two loves. Karlee was so excited to be Bat Girl and Rob pulled out all the stops with his Batman costume. He was a hit!!! People loved Rob's costume. Our wards Trunk or Treat was a huge success - next year we'll have to double up our handout candy.

We got end the night with getting BOO'ed by someone. Karlee had been so anxious to get BOO'ed so this added to the perfect night.

Karlee's Science Club

Rose Spring Elementary offered a Science Club for 1st grade and we jumped at the chance to participate. It was set up for 4 weeks. The 1st week they learned about Gravity. The 2nd week they learned about wind & weather. The 3rd week the learned about Space, Planets, & Moons. The 4th week they learned about Detective work. It was such a good experience and Karlee had so much fun!

Weston's Pumpkin Carving night

These are some pretty cute kids - all so excited about their pumpkins.

The Weston's got together to carve pumpkins and have Chili & Bread sticks tonight. It was a fun night and all the pumpkins turned out cute.

Fall Soccer Highlights

This girl had such a fun time playing soccer this Fall. She was on a different team than last year and had the BEST time. She learned so much this year. She loved soccer practice more than the games. haha.

Rob's Birthday and Gardner Village Witches

Happy Birthday to this SUPER great guy!

We got to spend the day with Rob on his birthday. His birthday fell on UEA so Karlee was out of  school and it was to have fun! We went to Gardner Village to check out all the Halloween Witches. Karlee filled out the "Witch Scavenger Hunt".
