Why Robs doesn't like Sidewalk Chalk

Here is the story of Why Rob doesn't like Sidewalk Chalk. . . Rob starts his day super super early. He is out the door at 5:30 a.m. On this particular day everything was starting off normal. I will usually get up with him, and talk to him for a couple of minutes before he leaves for the day. (I actually look forward to these 10 minutes in the morning). We talked for a few minutes, and then it was time for Rob to head out to work, so I went downstairs back to bed for another hour or so. I just got back into bed when I heard Rob back in the house - laughing out loud - but he wasn't laughing, he was crying. So I ran up to see what had happened. Well as Rob was walking out to get into his truck, he stepped on some outdoor sidewalk chalk and rolled his ankle. I thought well okay so get back up and get to work. haha. Well that wasn't the compassion Rob wanted at the time. Sorry! He had to call into work and tell them he wasn't going to be making it. He elevated his ankle much of the morning. Until he lowered it, and lets just say that his ankle swelled 3x the original size. WOW. So we headed to the insta-care. Luckily the x-rays showed no break and just a severe sprain. We of course took pictures to document this monumental occasion.

Enjoy all these pictures:
Rob couldn't even walk on it - we had to get him into a wheelchair.
Karlee was so good and patient - what a trooper.
Karlee wanted me to add this on the post, so here it is. I was helping Karlee take the picture.
Here is the ankle after the swelling has gone down,

Close ups about 10 days later.

Rob was out of work for 3 full days. He was on limited work for the following 2 weeks. Thank goodness we have good insurance, we only had to pay out of pocket $35 (including the office visit).
