Wild West Playground Fun

Wild West Jordan Playground - West Jordan
I have been wanted for sometime to get to this Wild West playground in West Jordan. The day we went ended up being a pretty busy day with it being their Library summer kick-off to reading celebration, which meant lots and lots of people. It actually wasn't too bad.

Karlee & Mom - checking out the park.
This park was a super fun park, Rob even got in on the fun, climbing up into the playground and going down the slides with Karlee. This park reminds us of the Discovery Park in Cedar City. It was built by 6,000 volunteers in 10 days.  Super cool!

Karlee had a great time climbing through, sliding down, and exploring the park.

Love these two!
The park celebrated the heritage of the area. The covered wagons and the steam engine trains. Showing the Promitory Point (where the east coast and west coast railways met) making it an easier travel for pioneers.

After we explored all we could we found some shade and enjoyed a small picnic lunch. The day was beautiful and we loved being together as a family.

Peanut Butter and Pretzels - YUM!
Rob loves his girl - Lucky girl!
Silly Karlee girl.
