This week Karlee was her 18 month checkup and shots at the pediatricians. Her stats are: 32 1/2 inches tall - 90%, 20 lbs 14 oz. - 5% (she doesn't even pass up her little cousin Jordyn - who is 6 months younger - I think, who weighs 20lbs 19 oz.) Karlee is not a huge fan of the Dr's office, this visit she cried from the moment the nurse called her name, all through the measuring process, while the pediatrician checked her out, and then especially when she got her last two shots. Whew... that poor girl. All I could do was laugh and hold her tight, as she tried climbing up my arms to get away. Can't say that I blame her when we are talking about getting shots. Ouch!

She's getting so much hair!! She's not looking like a little baby girl any more! She's a little big girl!! We miss you guys!!
She is definitely going to be a basketball or volleyball player...who knows maybe even high jumper or long jumper. She is such a cutie!!
And you laughed! I've been lucky to have kids who do really good at the dr. office. Not sure how I would handle a screaming child through the whole things - it's already bad enough just to be there waiting.
Jordyn was more than half Karlee's weight when she was born. I wish I had the same height/weight ratio as Karlee...lucky girl!
Poor Karlee the Doctor is never fun! Especially when you are getting shots!!
