Temple Square Lights!!!!

We finally made it to see the lights on Temple Square. We've made a few plans to go earlier in the month but the weather hasn't been very cooperative with these plans. Rob worked some super long hours for the past week and was able to get a few days off for Christmas so we started making plans. We had a relaxing morning at home, and then celebrated Rob's 1st day off by going to newly built BW3's (Buffalo Wild Wings) for lunch. We loved going to this place when we lived in Kentucky. After lunch we drove to downtown SLC and hit City Creek. We took Karlee to the Disney Store and let her walk around and play with all the things inside while we waited for the sun to set. Once it was dark we walked up to Temple Square and enjoyed walking the temple grounds looking at lights. The weather was PERFECT!!!

I loved walking around and seeing all the large nativities from different countries of the world.  They are Amazing!

Karlee wanted to see 'Baby Jesus' and so she waited patiently for all the people to move out of the way after the recorded story was over. Karlee was just so excited that she got to see Jesus and Mary. It really was pretty cute.

Another highlight of the night for Karlee were all the fountains. This girl loves water even during the winter. Silly kid!
