Celebrating October

We LOVE Halloween at our house. I can't wait until October 1st so that I can pull out my Halloween crafts/decor. I have some from before I was married, and I try to add at least one each year.

Here are most of our decorations that we get to enjoy:

Something that I have started to do is to take one of the pictures of Karlee in her costume from that year, get it developed into a 5x7 photo, and put it into a frame. So that there are pictures of Halloween's past. I love being able to see how big Karlee is getting from year to year.

This here is a new craft this year. I am really lucky to have a very talented sister who has a vinyl business, and so i got this one from her. Simple Sayings Vinyl

The Spooky Countdown is from last year - love it, however I am not very faithful in remembering to change the blocks. The Witch was a gift from my mother-in-law years ago. I love this little witch. The Pumpkin Spider was a thrifty find at the D.I. (one mans trash is another mans treasure.haha)

This year I have been in the sewing mood, and this is one of the products of my recent hobby. My little Candy Corn garland. The pumpkin is from my mom, its reversible and has a jack-o-lantern face on the other side (not sure why its not turned around-oh well). Another pumpkin spider, cute huh. And thanks again to my sister this little witches Broom Parking sign.

Thanks for taking the holiday craft/decor tour with me.
