Every summer my grandparents throw a pool party for the whole family at their neighborhood pool. This really is such a fun night, and now that we live so close we were able to attend it this past weekend. I just love this neighborhood pool and have many good childhood memories there. We start out the evening with a potluck and pizza dinner, and then once the pool is closed to the public we get it for the rest of the night. Could it get any better, don't think so.

My sister was "SuperMom" that night, as she was in the pool with all the kids. I was a little under the weather (i'll explain in another post) and was sweet enough to take Karlee into the pool with her. I think that all the kids had a great time. Karlee could have stayed in the pool for hours. I didn't see her freak out once. She was very calm, and enjoyed floating around in the water.
My sister Monica (aka... SUPERMOM) in the pool with all the kiddos.

Just to show Karlee that water can be dangerous, my sister while holding her dunked Karlee under the water. Karlee looked surprised, but didn't cry. I think the only thing she might have done was tell Monica, "No no, Monica". I had my sister do it twice so that I could get a good picture of Karlee coming out of the water. I know - horrible huh, but seriously love the picture.
Love this picture... the look on Karlee's face.
Love these pictures of Karlee in the water, she seems so calm. I can see that she was totally loving the water, makes me laugh.

What a little snuggler, love when she snuggles.
I have the most amazing grandparents, and am so glad to be once again living so close to them. While in college, and just before I left for my mission I was able to live with them. They are such wonderful people. They are both such caring people, great examples, and most of all they love their family.

Looks like a lot of fun! I wish we lived closer too!!
Karlee is getting so grown up. It looks like she loves the water! I had no idea you guys moved to the Salt Lake Area. We'll have to get together sometime when we are in UT!
Like how you got away with no swimsuite pictures posted on the internet. Oh well, it was fun.
