If there is one thing that I love - that would be camping. Just being outside in nature, and away from all the cauos of normal day life, it would be this - Camping, Love it! So my parents came over to St. George, Utah for their Spring Break. My dad is a High School Spanish teacher, so it was time for a nice break from teaching. We are big Campers in our family, so that is what my parents came over to do. They actually only camped about 15 minutes away from our home, so it made it nice to drive over and visit them.
They had my 5 year old niece with them for the week, which made for so much fun. We had a wonderful 'yummy' dutch oven dinner of potatoes, peach cobbler, green salad, and BBQ spare ribs. So So good. I just love dutch oven cooking. One morning my dad, niece and I went on a nice little hike, while grandma watched Karlee. (who actually slept the whole time - she is such a tough baby.. we are so blessed)
